Refund policy

At Aseel & Co., we carefully curate every piece to ensure exceptional quality. We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.
  • Be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, simply return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we begin preparing your order for shipment and cannot guarantee cancellation.
